The Monitor is an independent Newspaper published in the Netherlands by Propromotion International eu. It's main purpose is to project the image of communities with focus on ethnic minorities in Europe and their full integration into society.

The Monitor is also the leading provider of community news, information on services and opportunities available to ethnic minorities from government. However, it is completely independent with no affiliation to any political, religious or ethnic group.

The Monitor strives to operate a high quality media enterprises; presenting balanced coverage of events in society and publishing active debates and best practices that encourage community cohesion.

The Monitor advocates international and inter-racial relations and opposes all forms of discrimination such as gender, ethnicity and age. It actively promotes tolerance and understanding in all areas of culture, social life and business achievement of ethnic minority communities.

Above all, the Monitor believes in justice, probity in public life, social responsibility, fair access to national resources and equal protection under the law.
